Alright locals I just checked into my hotel room. Hard to take a picture that doesn't give away exactly where I am.





And now it's time for a beer!

 

That growler is a Nelson IPA (it has other hops but the Nelson really shines) and the bottle is a dry hopped saison, though the hops have probably faded a bit in the couple months since it was bottled. Enjoy!

 

How is it? I picked my bottles up yesterday

 

So fiancée tells me I need to drink some beer because cellar is getting to big and taking up to much space but I bet she isn't happy when she gets home and I'm 4-5 beers deep. I just can't win

 

Solution: be 7-8 beers deep and you won't notice whether she is unhappy

 

Genius. I am only 4 deep now and she will be home in an hour or two. I better get after it. To my defense I am working rearranging the bedroom like she requested which is a larger project than I expected

 

I have got to catch up on the last few pages here and 12 days tonight (if I don't fall asleep drunk)

Soo long story short our baby sitter cancelled last minute so we couldn't make it to the sour beer festival. Super bummed. So instead I'm digging into the cellar to have my own sour beer festival! Never actually been drunk on sour beer before but that is exactly what is about to happen.

It's good, I went in expecting Eternal Sunshine, but it's more like a Council tart saison.

I'll be passing on next release Virgin Cherry.
