The answer was try to avoid it.

If you slide a pair of 12s in for one day, I'm not sending the Enforcer. If you make everyday multiple bottles, I might show up myself.

 

I still remember that trade as one of my favorite boxes! You sent me my first Hardywood (GBS and others I think) and Speedway too. It was in a U-Line 12-shipper and I asked if you wanted it back. You said something along the lines of, "Nah, just make sure you fill it up for someone else." It was a great lesson in how to trade!

Trying to figure out if I can ship my Black Friday Eve Sixer in a cornucopia...

 

I think part of the reason you got such a great response for this round was specifically BECAUSE of the limits, so I think we should try to stick to them. That being said, I think we can use some judgement -- the 6 shippers I recently sent out had 10 or 11 beers in each, but a total of only about 150 oz each -- I think something like that should be acceptable if somebody is really struggling finding large format stuff.

Besides, more tightly packed boxes (I'm out of styro shippers, so depending on box size might need to fill it) tend to be less prone to breakage, right?

 

I misread this as something about Cat Food last night and decided I needed to go to sleep and doublecheck this morning...

 

NO. Mike and I had exchange boxes in the past so I felt obliged to forward and share the NY goodies. When I heard you were out of beer, it was an easy choice.

Just did a PA LCB label search and there are approved labels for Cat 3 & Cat 5 so it was above board. Weird they don't do much distro in FL but it's approved in PA though.

Can't wait, I have plenty of beer.

 

LIF TIME

So I've been really busy with RL stuff lately and plan to be more active in the upcoming months, so what better way to get back into the thick of things than with a LIF? This will represent me beering it forward as requested by @mbmiche for his generous Todd the Axe Man box.

This is open to anyone who has participated or is participating in a Locals BIF round.

Halloween is this Saturday and trick-or-treating in my town is from 5pm to 8pm. How many trick or treaters will @phuntasy and I get during this time period? Closest wins, no PIR rules. Tiebreaker will be determined at a later date if necessary.

Winner will receive a box of goodies which may contain a beer recently released in Freeport, ME.
