No biggie man, that box was awesome just the way it was! I'm meeting up with a buddy of mine tomorrow who regularly gets to share in the fruits of my BIF boxes, I'd love to share the Square Grouper with him if we can, but since we're meeting at a bar (for its 40th Anniversary weekend, sick taplist) it might be a little tricky.

I plan to give the owner a Toppling Goliath Golden Nugget as an anniversary gift, and he might open that and let me open another at the bar, that is, if I can make it through what's on tap and still see straight.

 

I was going to guess kangaroo balls...wife and I just got back from Australia not too long ago and picked up a set as well as a gag gift

 

That's what make's Locals BIF so freakin cool, you hooked me up with brew's I would have never searched out on my own. I'm sure I'll have a good time knocking these back and sharing with buddies. Your right I missed the Dissenter but fit it in the group shot.

Haha, haven't been following the thread today, but opened up a bottle of New Glarus Raspberry tart around the same time!

 

They were a gag as well (BIL is Aussie) until I found out that they were they pinnacle of kangaroo nuts and it is considered rude in their culture to open beers with anything less.

Consider them a nutcraker

 

I had the Braaiins earlier today, also the fruits of a trade that @PA-Michigander hooked me up with a little bit ago. Awesome pumpkin flavor in there. Also had Big Gruesome in the trade and we had it a couple weeks ago and the friend I had it with loved it as well. Spring House might be the best brewery I'd never heard of (though I've heard of it now, so not sure how that works...).

 

Took a week off from basically everything to hunker down for the CPA section I took yesterday. Now just coming out of the void and dang guys, 1000 posts later this thread is doing quite well. Awesome hauls everybody!

 

I assume I'm not the only one who looked at that and said "got it, got it, need it, got it, need it, ..."

 

In case anyone cares, on my tracking spreadsheet (the one I normally use to figure out targets and senders, but which I'm doing anyway this round "for fun"), @PA-Michigander sending to @raulazzer actually caused a waterfall effect and let me (correctly) identify about 6 other pairings.

So if I've got this right, we've had 15 hauls posted. Of the other 20, I think 12 pairings can be figured out and 8 are still TBD. But I think one target still has 7 possible senders.

 

He was the only other person from CA do that should narrow things down alot for me.

What'd you guys think of the Sunny Side Up? Just had that a week ago for the first time, loved it.

Speaking of IPAs canned in VT, how easy is Mastermind to come by? Just had my first one and my second is going to a buddy, so I might be in the market to trade for some more.

New Glarus Strawberry Rhubarb and Wisconsin Red- anything New Glarus is also permawant. Loved these, actually did a blemd of the two and it was so tasty.
