    Im hoping a new brewery will open up in the area. There should be available warehouse space plus you would get some Sam Adams run off.

    If you're talking about SA waste water, I would expect the brewery follows strict DEP waste water treatment best practices in JP/Roxbury?

    I meant run off from people visiting Sam Adams and then potentially stopping by another establishment if its close by.
