Mine personally is Moylan's Hop Craic XXXX IPA!!!
Breckinridge small batch 471
Moylans Hopsickle. Hated it.
Beat me too it
Loved it! No beer is too bitter for me!
Green Flash Palate Wrecker
Hoptimum....like drinking freaking opium.
Miller. It's triple hopped.
Maharaja? Thats what comes to mind for me
Moylan's Hopsickle for me too. Bitter but not in the good way
Dogfish Head Festina Peche
Otter Creek Imperial Ipa was ridiculously bitter
not just because of the silly name, but mikkeller 1000 ibu. yiikes
Definitely Palate Wrecker. Smells like weed and goes down bitter as hell, great stuff.
Hoppin Frog Hop Dam
Arctic Panzer Wolf
Wait what? That beer is borderline sweet... I have trouble even calling it an IPA.
Mine would be ruination tenth anniversary. Still loved it.
Definitely Palate Wrecker. Holy shit is that beer bitter when it's fresh.
Mikkeller 1000 IBU
This. But still a solid brew.
or hash oil...
Pliny the Elder.
Hop'Solution Triple IPA.
Flat Earth Northwest Passage
probably Hop 15
Hoptimum! I was still tasting that thing an hour after I finished it!
This. The first time I had it, I swear all I could taste was bitter for a few hours. Subsequent tastings have mellowed it a bit, but damn, it's still loaded with straight up aggressive bitterness. Love it!
I love that beer.
Most bitter is probably Knee Deep Simtra.
Knee Deep Simtra 3X IPA.
Arctic panzer wolf and/or devil dancer
It's hard to call, but SN Hoptimum and Great Divide Hercules Double IPA are probably the most bitter DIPAs that come to mind. Hoptimum was literally like chewing on a raw hop cone, it was almost too hardcore..
I had a 6 day old Palate Wrecker this year and it was almost hard to finish it it was so bitter. Let the others sit a month and it was much more drinkable.
Yeah, I was "most bitter" about that beer after DFH "dialed back the tartness" a few years ago now.
Pliny or Palate Wrecker. I would say PW because it has much less flavor - just pure bitter. That being said, Pliny made my tongue feel like a pillow! 1000 IBU is up there, but I did not have it fresh. 471 and Hopsickle also rate.
I may put that on tap this summer, I toyed with it last year and sort of regret not doing it.
Stone 10th Anniversary Ruination...thought I felt the enamel on my teeth melting off!
arrogant bastard ale was one of the first craft beers i bought and it damn near blew my head off. ironic as it is russian imperial stouts are my favorite. i think ill try another arrogant bastard this weekend
