Bottled German beers (in Germany) are almost all dirt cheap. I won't count those.
Over here, the Spoetzle/Shiner seasonals are often really good and under $6, but they fly under the radar. At some stores they're even occasionally lumped in with the macros.
Hop Devil and Storm King (both former BA #1's) are usually pretty affordable and widespread.

To all distributors, retailers, and/or brewers reading this, the answer is NONE.

Some are priced better, or are perceived as more of a consumer value, but there is no such thing as an under priced beer!!!

I consider Lagunitas the overall best value for the buck, but even they, if they felt compelled, could drop their price, and I will force myself to live with it.....

The answer here is pretty much every limited release beer in Chicago, otherwise they wouldn't all sell out in 7 minutes.

Great Lakes. Sometimes they are cheaper than my locals or regionals and always excellent. $8.99 the magic price tag.

I would argue there's no such thing as underpriced beer. I'd be happy to see great beer getting cheaper and cheaper, hell, I'd even like the price to continue going down, past zero, and then I start getting paid to drink it.

In the real world though, there are beers that you can find at a great price. I second the Lagunitas and Sierra Nevada and will toss in Santa Fe Brewing Imperial Java Stout. Generally in the $7-8 a six pack range and delicious.

Don't worry Matt. There are plenty of quality craft beer produced in the US. I will help you out; I got your back!

I love Alpine beers as well, but that's the equivalent of a $20 six-pack.

My picks, too. Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout tends to be a similarly good value in my market.
