Damn, I don't think I've had the BA GJG on tap. Hmmm, wonder if it will last til my usual Wednesday office hours there.

 

I dunno, today was way busier for a typical Monday. I think folks are trickling in to pick up their Raised Eyebrow bottles and finding a lot of neat surprises. Not sure if it'll last, but it is only a 5oz pour, so maybe?

 

any for public sale or you had already purchased them prior? the way you said "more" bottles made me feel like it may be public now?

 

It was totally sold out with lots of folks asking the guys for bottles Sunday so I doubt any more are available for sale until pickups have ended. And after that I'd think they'd just archive or sell for on premise only.

 

yeah, I wrote more as in I went with someone who didn't make it out yesterday to pick up theirs. No public sale and I imagine if any of the bottles aren't picked up, they'll go into the archive/on-site fridge.

 

I'm really bummed I missed the espresso / hammerhead Satan on Sunday. First time I have had coco noche and I loved it, had to buy 2 tasters of it. Always good to see earlysquid.

They'll happily fill it, talked to Bob about it on Sunday. Those 1L twist tops are scary, every single one I've shipped have leaked... all 3 (sourced from GF not HPB, but it's the same growler). You can go grab 1Ls from Stone in Pasadena, they are flip tops. They have their labeling on them, but HPB will just tape it up.

 

Went to pick up my Raised Eyebrows last night. They've also got regular ****z, Uncultured and I think Yard Beer in the fridge. BCBBW as well at $15 a bottle, if anyone's been jonesing. So happy I have two bottles of BAGJG left.

 

Heard there are people already in line at beachwood, can anyone confrim this?

Having never ordered from the fridge before I couldn't say definitively. I was just standing around waiting for my Eyebrows and took notice.

 

Depends on the bottle. Anything that is still open sale like Slow Moves and Uncultured, yes. Anything that was sold out during the sale is on site consumption only. They write them up on the chalkboard along with growler fills and tshirts.

As of Sunday I believe Slow Moves and Uncultured are the only things available for take home (none of the non-HPB bottles are for take home).

 

Stuff in the fridge is on site consumption. They have what is "to-go" listed up on the board and it's just Slow Moves and Uncultured right now.

 

Sounds like the Kern River Citra a few years back. Peeps cutting in line. Holding spaces for their homies. Not cool. Complain.

 

Anyone know if BA Griffith is still on?
