    When my daughter was born we sat around for 5-6 hours at the kitchen table waiting for the contractions to intensify. So... you know... that's some good sobering up time! (I am not a doctor and this is not medical advice. I'm also not a bartender or a lawyer, but I do have this idea for a TV show about a bar tending lawyer who serves up drinks and legal advice... I just need a name!)

    Anyone pick 7lb 13 oz?
    Anyone pick a surprise boy instead of a girl?

    This time next week we will find out who wins some beer! Or I may be passed out in the window cushion seat/bed of a hospital room... point is, I will be a father. good luck to all!

    Well it's official! Makena June was born march 7th at 12:53 pm.... The weight? 7 lbs 15 oz.

    There were a lot of close guesses at 7.14 and 8 lbs but the winner is..... Drum roll.....

    KalH! Congrats buddy.... I'll be in touch once we get out of the hospital. For now it is back to watching both of my girls sleep and enjoy this amazing moment for our family. Thanks everyone for participating!
