    Try late addition or dry-hopping with citra hops for a tasty hoppy wheat beer. You can also add fruit during or after fermentation. Lots of interesting ways you can make this. Heck, you can even spike it with some black patent malt and make a dunkelweiss.

    Nice intro to homebrewing, but the possibilities for a recipe like this aren't ENDLESS. :wink:

    I'd like to add honey for aroma, perhaps at flame out, but I don't want to drive the ABV up too high or dry it out. I wouldn't mind a basil variation, since I grow so damn much of the stuff. And I like it.
