thoughts on oaking a dubbel

    I have a dubbel that I brewed using currants and dates & fermented using wlp540. I was contemplating using oak chips that have been soaked in bourbon for months and dry hopping with citra and/or Amarillo. these are not standard practices for this style so just wondering what some of you might think?
