I don't know about the glass but I know they've changed the label slightly and gone to a C&C bottle. Had one today, just as good but much less of the chocolate malt dryness and texture of previous years. My cousin lives 10 min from them, I'll ask him to pop in and see what they have.

I tried last year to have one shipped but apparently they tried shipping previously and had breakage in transit. correct. I only recall seeing the C&C bottles coming off the bottling line, curious you guys got swing tops. Maybe C&C was limited to Ontario?
Dunno. Maybe running their last flip-tiops before they convert over to C&C only for their big bottles? A pure guess. Was the C&C bottling line automated?
