King Sue is another I want to try. Zombie Dust was on my list earlier in the year and I finally got to try it. I liked it, but if it had been a blind taste test with other ales not sure it would have come out on top. Think it's one of those sought after beers in which you kind found just as good if not better at your local shop. Just my opinion obviously as I know a lot of people who love it

I live in the suburbs of Chicago so finding Zombie Dust isn't too difficult. When I first tried it in March, I thought it was very good, but since then I have had some really great IPAs and I would agree with your notion about the blind taste test. Not to take away anything from the Dust or 3 floyds because they do make excellent brews. Great topic by the way!

Thanks man! And yes, Zombie Dust is still excellent! But I guess like with all the hyped beers sometimes the hype doesn't always meet expectations though the beers are still so good.

I've been lucky to be able to track down most of my wish list but some are harder to procure here on the east coast.
    Either Pliny
    Julius
    Hopslam
    Sip of sunshine
    Founders Doom
PS: Leaving on an hour long trek later today that should net me some Hopslam.

Couldn't agree more, sometimes the hype can become overwhelming.
That is a great list you got there. A friend of a friend recently came back from Cali with some Pliny, that stuff is hard to come by if you don't live on the west coast. I would love to try Julius as well, but thats gonna be a tough task because I don't think they distribute their beer.

    I
I also want to try Julius and Sip of Sunshine. I have been lucky enough to be able to get my hands on some Pliny from time to time. I find that it is one of those hyped beers that truly lives up to the hype so I can't get enough. If you have trouble finding some feel free to send me a private message in the future and we can make a trade. I don't always have but we can work on something when I do.
