Visit 2000 US breweries (if it happens the number goes to 2500) Do a European beer tour (maybe twice) Visit Australian breweries Visit breweries in AK and HI Drink 20,000 beers
They're only 45 mins apart, so if I'm hitting up one, I'm definitely hitting up the other, but thanks for the tip. And yeah, the reason they're bucket list over Lawson's is bc Sound of Music is my favorite musical. I'm more of a hophead though, and will be happier beer wise at Lawson's
My five are Hill Farmstead Lawson’s Alchemist Sierra Nevada Firestone Walker I hope to knock out the first three on a fall foliage trip to New England this year!
1. Have some Russian River beers in Philly 2. Visit Forest & Main. 3. Take a beer tour of Vermont 4. Visit Sierra Nevada in Chico 5. Visit New Glarus. Not too unreasonable....
Where in Pennsylvania are you? You could tick two of those off your list tomorrow (Mother’s Day notwithstanding).
My son and I are going on a road trip middle of next month. I have named it Horses, Hops and Hounds. It will involve several horse tracks we have not been to, several breweries we have not been to and a lone dog track we have not been to.
I don't necessarily have a top-5 gotta do list. But along those lines my "gotta do" is simply to visit all the breweries in my nearby area. I live on the east coast of central FL and I've visited local breweries within about an hour to hour-and-a-half to the north, west, and south. It's been a fun experience and somewhat eye-opening to see the diversity of how breweries present themselves and clientele they cater too. My oldest son is in the area and we've done all this together - great memories we still recollect at times. I'm looking forward to another trip north and south to hit a few more we haven't been too...
