I cracked a bomber of Dorothy Sunday night. Probably the best pale lager I've ever had. Cannot wait until Sue gets here in bottles!!!

Thank you for giving our most basic of styles a chance. I really hoped that many people of palate appreciation for many different beer styles would try it and see how we did creating Dorothy's to survive in the overcrowded lager department. Full bodied, my Grandma would say cheers to you for your love of beer.

    Cheers!

Clark - I made my first trip to your brewery last weekend and just wanted to say that you have a great staff, great space, and awesome beer! It was a wonderful experience, despite the fact that your beer supply had been seriously depleted the week before and you ran out of Zeelander Friday night. :slight_frown: I'll definitely be making the trip again in the near future. Keep up the good work!

Always worth the trip. And you are right, the staff are equal in quality to the beers!

Normally I don't like Lagers, but the beers I have tried have been so good I decided to buy Dorothy. Wow, what a fantastic Lager; best I have had. I'll be buying more if you keep sending it to Madison. Well done!

I am as bummed as you about running out of ZeeLander :slight_frown:.....my favorite beer. I can only dream of the day when we are both clinking cans of it together knowing that there is a never ending supply (for us!). The good news is that Millennium Falcon filled the void.

Thanks for the kind words about our nano-taproom! Hope to see you next time!

    Cheers

    CL

What are your plans for distribution once you are up and running full scale? Self-distribution will probably not be easy at that point.

Pretty sure TG self distributes to only a few places. Benz did a drawing...so perhaps you just now picked up your bottle, but i was in there last week to check for Sosus and they said they knew nothing about it (the TG guys dropped in later with their allotment), however i did notice there were no more bottles of Assassin behind the counter.

Parlor City is the only place I know they've taken bottles unless they dropped some off at Bricks.

Oakland Road is the HyVee they've gone to in the past.

You don't have to be secretive about where you found beer. It just sounds like you're either humblebragging or lying IMO.

No reason to lie, and it is offensive of you to suggest that.

Dude's been a member of BA for 4 years, with over 300 posts. You've been here a month and you're calling him a liar? Why in the name of Michael Jackson (beer guy, not singer) would he post that he found some if it weren't true?
I'm trying to think of his motivation for writing that...nope, can't come up with anything.
