I was in Toulouse last week,I went to La Houblonniere, fairly good selection of beers with really helpful staff.

 

Couldn't bring anything home as we was hand luggage only but had a couple of nice beers from brasserie joli rouge while I was there.I was hoping some of the rarer Belgians would have made their way down to Toulouse but couldn't find anything too special.
