    make sure you contact Tim, owner/brewer @ HopDog in Nowra....fantastic guy, better beer!!! Tell him Rob from Texas sent ya!

    Also, if in Canberra, don't forget Bent Spoke...great elixers!

    Hahah bro you don't only drink Stone & Wood?!?

    For those who didn't catch it, I actually just finished helping open Petition Beer Corner in Perth CBD http://petitionperth.com

    After being in Sydney, I met the founders of Little Creatures by completely random chance and ended up consulting on the project here. We opened October 1st but have 18 taps of no-contract, rotating craft beer served in 518ml & 163ml brandy snifters with tasting flights and stainless steel, swing-top growlers. Cantillon is in the fridge and Perth people are finally sipping well! All the staff are Beer Server Certified through the Cicerone Program as well.

    It's been a huge task but pretty cool to get open. I've learned a lot about the Australian craft beer scene and have some cool ideas cooking back in the States.

    Bummed I haven't met anyone from this thread yet! What's up with that?
