Hi kidlets. In the not too distant future, my wyfe and I will be toodling around New England (mostly northern NH, VT and ME). Any suggestions for must go to beer destinations? I am looking for places where I can pickup a bomber or two or a 6 pack or 2 , not a sit down and drink type of place as I do not drive when I am drinking. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated.

If you peruse the next 3 or 4 pages of the New England forum, you will find 3 or 4 threads about this subject that contain all the information you need.

Bombers?? Don't get your hopes up.
Even 6 packs are becoming rare these days.

Like @Stormfield said, there are plenty of threads on this topic to peruse through.

I am no expert, having just travelled there myself, but I would suggest:

    Brattleboro Coop, VT
    Bottleworks, Keene NH

These are both in the south, and you did mention that you'd be in the north, but if you drive through...
Different types of business, obviously, but both have great selections and allow you to grab singles (more Bottleworks than Coop)

Doh! Indeed I do. Bottleworks is in my hometown of Seattle, and I haven't been there in years.
Brewtopia is definitely worth a stop OP, if you are in the area.

Nearly every brewery in the New England area you are in will be selling 4 packs of 16 oz cans and for those that are not just haze / ipa / lager shops, some format of bottled stouts (usually 16.9 oz these days). Occasionally, you will run into a brewery still doing 12 oz 6 packs but they are few and far between.
