Only had the OG and liked it a lot. I can get behind you with the rotten melon thing in OH because I had a can of 'All Citra Everything' from them and thought it tasted like the worst cantaloupe ever harvested. Never had that experience with an all Citra hopped beer. The other OH I've had were pretty good, though.

I’ve had the OG and Barbe Rouge. I enjoyed both, maybe barbe rouge a bit more. I haven’t had a beer with the barbe rouge flavor, so it was relatively unique and enjoyable to me.

I recently had a 4 pack of hdhc ace and was a bit disappointed in its lack of depth and complexity.

Melon is a common complaint in the Other Half thread FWIW.

I didn't think it was possible to make their beers any hazier...

Is there an upper limit on purchases?

If there's no stated limit, it's two cases (mixed or single brew)

There's also some vague language around cancelling/partially refunding unreasonably large orders

I think they stated they hoped it would be open by the end of Spring/beginning of Summer as an on-the-fly location with on-site towards the end of Summer. I don't suspect they will announce very much before the opening is imminent though.

Yeah- I live fairly locally now and drove by last week after a bike ride. A few storage containers off to the right of the building, but by no means is the place being rehabbed the way I would suspect Treehouse to do it.

Boots on the ground saying it doesn't look like much activity. Just some dumpsters.

How long do pickups take these days? Looking to roll in on Saturday at 1:45 p.m.

    Thank god
It can differ greatly. Monday I went around 11:15 am, the wait was about 5 minutes. Today, with the release of very hhhazyyy, I went around 2, the line was probably about 45 min to an hour. They’re pretty efficient with curbside now. I haven’t been on a weekend, in quite some time.

I sort of miss the days when pickup was down near the warehouse area, I have to imagine that wasn’t as efficient.

I'm really surprised that Tree House hasn't built an actual tree house on any of their properties yet, even if it was just for decor

Oh they have one.... You just have to be initiated into the order of the jackfruit to gain knowlege of its location.

I went to school in western Mass. Back then we had to take the physical pages of the student newspaper to a printer in Palmer in order to have the papers printed for distribution the next day. That Route 20 ride is a road I was so familiar with.

I drove out to TH for the first time in 2012 (we were making a stop at a new brewery before hanging out in western MA). The trees were what I noticed first. Incredible, but also so sad and scary. That area is so lush and beautiful in the fall and it was all just flat and black.

Thanks for posting- I am not on the gram. I had thought Juice Machine would be released today- I still remember the shite show 4 years ago. I miss the drive to Monson and the dairy bar down the street, but definitely not the effort for 10 cans or (less!) of beer. I hope the new Deerfield location will capture some of the rural pleasure of Monson.

Whoa, canned cold brew! If it has any shelf life at all, $10 for a 4 pack is a great price. That'd be an easy $20 at any Boston roaster.
