    ** UPDATED 12/26/14 @ 9:06 PM.

    HAZE
(Double IPA - 8.2%) - Our Double IPA! We constructed this beer around hops we currently have plenty of access to, allowing us to re-brew it on a (relatively) consistent basis. We smell a ton of orange on the nose, with complimentary notes of peach and passionfruit. The flavor is similar with a blast of citrus fruit & orange quickly followed by spicy grapefruit, and earthy dankness. A lingering but pleasant saturated hop oil finish awaits. . . . So juicy, citrusy, and delicious! (750ML - $10) *** Limit two 750 ML *** (THE INTENT IS TO KEG THIS BY OPEN; IF SOMETHING CHANGES WE WILL POST AN UPDATE!)

1 of the best Brown ales I've had. Rivals HF George.

I thought I read somewhere that Brendan apprenticed up at HF :sunglasses:

Bear is delicious. It's even grown on me since my "pretty damn delicious" review

I heard that the only reason they made batch 2 was because they have leftover maple syrup. My guess is that it won't be out until next fall if it is made again

Anyone making the trip today and can grab an extra Haze and/or Harmony, I'm definitely ISO and can make it worth your while.

It was pretty quick today. My friend and I arrived around 10:15 and were 18th in line. We were done by a little before 11:30. The Haze was incredibly fresh; Dean said they were still kegging as folks arrived. My friend and I loved Harmony.

I'm pretty pumped reading this " We will be making a LOT of Julius in 2015 and beyond. To put how much into perspective, we expect to make as much Julius in three weeks - once we get rolling - as we’ve made in the entire three years Tree House has existed."

I did an ISO for Bear, preferably a 64oz fill. If anyone can help me out in the Greater Boston area please let me know. Very excited for the growth at Tree House and hope to get out there again soon.

Pretty sure it's brewery only for the time being. I feel like I either asked Dean or heard it on an interview or something.... But it does sound like they will be sending kegs out to restaurants, which is great.

Talked to Dean way back in...August, maybe?...at Hop Jam in VT about his plans for canning, the future, et al, and I'm 99% sure I remember him saying that he wanted to keep everything at home for the time being.

As a beer buyer for one of the largest liquor stores in MA, I actually respect the hell out of that decision--gives TH ample time to get production up to what they'd like it to be before they decide to plunge into the wooly world of distributing, puts all retailers/distributors on equal footing as far as being able to get our hands on one of the most coveted and best breweries in MA (we won't be able to), and, crucially, gets the money from sales directly to the people who deserve it most: the fine folks of Tree House.

    Sounds great!

In the last month life/work has recently gotten in the way of me making trips out there and I am missing the deliciousness. I am looking forward to being able to travel out there again sometime soon and eventually having even more to choose from.

So those 2 sixtels of Haze remain for this week or did it run out at end of Saturday?

More hours is huge news. It would be nice to pick up cans on a weekday. During the day to avoid huge crowds

2 hours is probably overkill, though you never know. With 2 sixtels left, that's about 47 750's. There is a limit of 2 per person, so the first 24ish folks will kill the Haze. My guess (just a guess) is that an hour early will put you in the top 20. That has always been the case for me, but you never know.
