Per their Twitter: ~38 cases left, 3bbls left for growler fills.
Yes, line is separate. I got through the growler line in about 40 mins last night. Not sure if there just weren't that many peeps there, or they have a quicker more efficient system?
Julius, and my entire haul.
Got there today (first time) at 12:30 and was shocked to find a parking space.
Walked in, grabbed 4 cans, noticed there weren't many people getting growler fills so I asked how long the wait would be...10 minutes.
10 minutes later, walked out with two 750s of Julius and 4 cans. Couldn't have been easier! Expected a horror show and found it almost as easy as walking into a favorite beer store and walking out later with some great beers...
I will be back! The smells in there were intoxicating...keep up the great work!
I think the rain, only one beer, and limited cans had an effect on the quick times today. It's faster when you can dedicate all your lines to one beer
in case anyone cared. I drank this over the weekend with friends. It may not have had quite the coffee punch as fresh, but the chocolate that shone through was amazing. Still was a great, great beer. Was a hit with my non-craft-crazy friends.
Any chance Good Morning goes on this week with it being one of the EBF beers?
Any inside info to what is available in cans this next week?
I'd think not. I would imagine that anything they brewed for the fest, they would keep for the fest, and if there is anything left over, maybe then they'll put it on next week. But highly unlikely they put it on before the fest.
Last year they put Yarhhhggg on tap the same weekend as the fest... So this isn't entirely true
I could have sworn that yahhhrrrggg! was released the first weekend in June, which was the week after ACBF.
Checked back on the instagrams, it was the week after. So I'd expect maybe Good Morning and or the new Beginner's Mind next week. But who knows with the way things have been blowing up with the new spot and cans.
I believe DOuble Shot was introduced for EBF last year and Yahhhrrrggg for ACBF
Juice Machine was EBF also.
I believe it was stated that TWSS was being brewed for cans a week or two ago. So that me be getting done this week or next.
I have a hunch where a bunch will get served on 4/11
So when will production be ramped up for this place?
started last week I believe.......so you'll start to see it pretty soon
As per twitter:
We're (Tree House) canning Green!!!!!!
Hey guys how much were the 750 Julius fills. I can't remember...
I think $8
I'm hoping there's more than just Green for Thursday *fingers crossed* just saying "more to come" gets me every time.
You think there is any chance they make enough to last until Saturday? If not, do they throw another beer on tap?
Last week, both Thursday and Friday they had Julius unannounced. I would guess there'd be at least one more beer for Friday or Saturday
Green lasted 1 night the last time it was Offered. There's bound to be something else. Not sure what, but there will be beer. (That sounds like a good movie title!)
Is @MattOC on vacation? The on-tap page has been updated.
This struck me really funny. Needed a good laugh. Thanks Jay.
Hours this week: Thursday and Friday as normal and Saturday from 10 AM - 3 PM.
This is an oddly specific question and I have searched around trying to find out. Do any of you know where I might find a place for a turkey ruben near Tree House? We're going tomorrow and my wife is craving a Turkey Ruben. Thanks.
go to BT's smokehouse down the road in Sturbridge. amazing BBQ -- i'm talking the real deal --- probably the best in the state. They may not have Turkey Reubens-- but the brisket sandwich is nothing short of a heaven in a bun
Beth's on Main St in Monson. Family style restaurant, see menu at link below. Turkey reuben listed on pg 3 with other sandwiches. Cheers.
Are you married? When you wife wants a turkey Reuben....she wants a turkey Reuben.
This is the best question ever.
Anybody think they will have another beer on with Green??
Yeah I'm sure they'll have something else...but likely a surprise.
Im around 40 mins away, first time going there. From what I have read, seems pretty chill on Thursdays, however, how early do you guys suggest I get there..
If I had to guess, Green is it for tomorrow. There will be 16 cans left for opening on Friday....when something else will be added. I'm more than happy to be wrong though
If you want the "whole experience", get there around 4:15. Hang out, watch Dean (or Mike or Jay) work the line, chat up the other folks in line, etc. Otherwise, you could get there by 5:30 or so. By then the can line will have run down to almost nothing. Probably an additional 30ish minute wait on top of that if you want some growlers filled too. If they don't add a second beer, the growler fills happen very quickly.
(for perspective, I got there about 10:20 last Sat morning for Julius, arguably a more popular beer. I was 43 in line. I was in and out by 11:25 or so with cans and growlers. Folks who got there around noon reported a 10 minute wait)
I am going with there will be a second beer on for growler fills tomorrow. I have a thought it will be something they are bringing to EBF and will be 1 750 per person and unannounced until friday
or the TWSS cans could be coming this week but most likely next week.
I think the "Tree House Experience" is going to be a ride at Universal next year.
If its anything like the Jimi Hendrix Experience then sign me up.
