Agreeman this is awesome thanks, and believe me, I spend way too much time too, I'm dying to try some Tree house IPAs even though I have a nice stash of cans from Other half in my fridge waiting for me at home.

Man oh man...Green is amazing. It is pillowy and viscous and just coats your tongue in hops. Then it finishes with a real powerful booze aftertaste. Really good stuff. Can't believe I haven't had it before.

On a side note, it's truly incredible how far reaching this brewery is. I was in line with people from Texas, and Chicago(separate groups) who both planned part of their vacation to go to Treehouse. It's like the Louve of Massachusetts.

lol, have you or anyone attempted to put out a full "log" of all the release dates? would be helpful to many of us, let alone friends visiting from out of state...

Seems like tonight was pretty mellow. I was in and out with max cans at 7:30. Barely anybody for growlers and the can line was about 10 deep. AE & Haze were looking pretty low on the pallets, but Green is strong and they have another run tomorrow.

Nice to have 8 TH varieties in the fridge. I don't know where to start...

Anyone ever had Old Man? Going this Saturday for the first time and kind of disappointed this was the 4th offering of the week. Oh well, I guess I'll still get growlers of Alter Ego, Haze, and Green to make up for it! Plus I imagine with a more low-key release the line will be a bit diminished.

I'm disappointed that you're disappointed... I love IPAs and stouts, especially from TH, but I am GIDDY with excitement for an ESB offering! These guys are making some of the best liquid treasures I've ever put in my mouth and it's even more rewarding whenever there's a new style in the can.

Do they have both logo color (black/white) willibechers available currently? I know online there is only 1 option

Last time I had Old Man was back when they were at the original space in Brimfield. You are doing yourself a disservice if you're not going to try this beer and are disappointed because it's not a hoppy juice bomb. It is just as good as any other beer that Tree House puts out and is enough of a twist on the ESB style to make it interesting.

A very fair point, I think was just looking for a classic TH brew and saw Old Man had some less than stellar (for their standards) reviews. I will get off my high horse and be excited once again.

Sorry didn't mean that I wasn't going to try. I will still certainly buy the limit that's available just looking for some more insight on the beer itself aside from some old BA reviews.

Misuse of the word "classic" there. Really meant coveted IPA or DIPA

Not many breweries make a good (or any) ESB anymore! Won't have a chance to get there but I am excited that they've done one, just like I was pleased to see they had an oatmeal stout a couple weeks ago. Don't let classic styles be forgotten because of the dank juice bombs.

I started one a month ago. I'm taking a road trip to New England from Chicago in July and will be able to hit Tree House in two different weeks. Having a log obviously won't change what I can get, but 'm just a huge nerd.

ok. so just out of curiosity, and not just directed at you, but what is the frequency of haze and julius releases? heh, might as well put this question to everyone as well... when is the next king julius release?

Their twitter account is close to a full log of their releases. Just sort the feed by "photos & vidoes", like this https://twitter.com/TreeHouseBrewCo/media

Some of the silent stuff might not be on there (like Double Shot bottles) but it's pretty close to complete.

Too soon to tell for KJ, seeing as they've only brewed it a handful of times... but maybe every other month?

As for Julius, they seem to be following a pattern of Green/Julius alternating weeks. Last week was Julius, this week is Green... etc.

No worries, man. What's your favorite? I personally fell in love with Green and Alter Ego/Doppel, like many others on here I'm sure. I just got a little extra excited to see an ESB, a brew I have yet to try myself. So many IPAs and IIPAs in the fridge right now, it's nice to have the likes of Ma, Double Shot, and now some Old Man in there to break it up, enjoy some less hoppy stuff. Now that I'm thinking about it... I feel like I haven't seen any pales or curiosity in a while. Man I can't wait for some summer sessionables to hit. Maybe a few lagers soon? Now I'm just daydreaming. And avoiding the last few hours of a Friday afternoon at the office.
