Stopped in tonight at 5:30 (Had to repaint my son's room first so I was lucky to finish when I did) and parked at a metered spot directly across from the Dunkin Donuts. Had one quarter, so 12 minutes. Walked to the brewery and grabbed a 64 of Congress and a bottle of Galaxy, made it back to the car with 3 minutes left on the meter. This batch of Congress is so friggin juicy man, it's unbelievable. Almost like I'm drinking fruit juice instead of beer. Bravo JC and crew (I keep forgetting to ask what the girl with the glasses name is), bravo!!!

Pretty sure FPPA is citra and DDHFPPA is citra on top of citra

Yeah my brain said citra and my fingers typed galaxy. That's the easiest one.

You guys are awesome...couple updates on the above (but the list is accurate). Summer St (packaging later today) is Simcoe, Columbus and A street is going from Amarillo, Columbus to Azacca, Columbus, The Publick House is going from chinook, centennial, columbus in the dry hop to citra & centennial.

This is probably stupid but honestly Trillium is the beer that I could drink on an everyday basis and be happy. With that said I just started homebrewing. Really only using extracts right now while reading and doing research for mashing and other things. Is there any way I could come close to say Congress St. using an extract based recipe? Thanks in advance.

I know the Canton location is primarily storage for now. But will this open up the opportunity for expanded distribution in that area anytime in the spring or summer of 2015? I live in SE MA and the closest local with distro is CBC Braintree or Newton.

Cue the "No, you're awesome!" But seriously, thanks for being open and transparent about this kind of stuff. It definitely helps us drinkers figure out what ingredients lead to some of our favorite flavors.

I can only offer that I have been focusing on homebrewing a "house IPA" for about 2 years now (12th version in). It has got better with almost every iteration but still not remotely close to the hop aroma and flavor these guys extract out of their ingredients. They are considered "World Class" for a reason. You can certainly brew something very good though that you can feel proud off and drink daily. Check out the homebrew forum on here. A lot of great advice and helpful guys willing to advance your cause....I just warn you that it will be the best hobby you ever pick up. Good luck!

@JCTetreault I know you're slammed with the brewery and plans for the new Canton location, but any plans for canning your beers down the line? 4 packs in 16oz tall boy format of FPPA and your other hoopy beers would be amazing.

Quick question from a relative newbie to Trillium, is the list of bottles available accurate? I only ask because there are 15 currently listed and the last time I was there I only saw a chalkboard list of beers available for growler fills, not bottles. If there really are 15 available on Friday I may need to bring a hand truck...

Yes they are really good about it, updated today at 3:46 (their what's available has a time stamp). Lots more bottles available than say 6 months ago.

Right now it is accurate. It was updated at 3:46 PM today just before open. Keep your eyes here before your trip Friday to make sure: http://www.trilliumbrewing.com/wordpress_blog/beers/find-trillium-2/

*Just make sure it is date stamped to get the most accurate info.

They are really good with bottle/fill updates as quantities diminish and new things are put on. At the brewery there are two lists. The large chalk board done with placards is the growler list. There is also a smaller chalkboard that lists available bottles (with prices) between the staircase and the growler fill area.

Also if you are just grabbing bottles you can go directly to your left when you walk in. There is a chalkboard next to the glasses for sale with the bottles available there too. Growler.fills to the right. Bottles to the left. Crazy good selection right now!

Aw come on man, it's just a little sediment that will sink to the bottom; just gotta watch your pour...and hope that the road salt doesn't completely dissolve, unless of course they're going for a Gose influence...!

If 4 packs of DDH Sleeper St. pint cans were available, I honestly don't think I'd ever buy any other IPA except for VT stuff when I'm there on vacation. Just exceptional stuff.

Based on your love & use of Columbus hops you should name your next new IPA 'Waiting for Columbus'.

Keep up the incredible work, guys & gals! And thank you for saving so many of us the gas money that we used to spend on trips to Vermont!

Man I have a hard decision to make. Do I get another 64 of Congress which was tasting amazing last weekend from the growler or do I switch it up and go for the Summer St. which I have not had yet? Either way I will be getting bottles but I only brought one growler today. Decisions, decisions!
