For Wednesday: trilliumbrewing.com/wordpress_blog/beers/find-trillium-2/… (Pretty low on Sinister Kid).

Also, in regards to DDH Melcher Street bottles: "should last through today, but not sure it makes it past Thursday."

*Any local who hasn't had DDHMS, seek it out. It's excellent IMHO. Buy a little extra too. I made the mistake of buying less than I normally do and not sure I'll be able to get down there for the remainder.

Kind of a pain in the ass if pay cash. Could make it easy and sell beer for $11.95 plus 0.05 for deposit.

Yeah...where I've seen dep-inclusive prices, they always seem to be round number (e.g., prices at JA). I see all of the following...
    $11.95 + dep
    $12 incl dep
    $12 + dep
...I've just never seen $12.05 incl dep.

If it's taking you up 93 there are protestors blocking the highway, you should probably route around that

people have gone bat-shit crazy. Theres a right way of doing things, and then there is this.

The traffic has seemed to settle down. Should be almost gone within an hour or so.

I was actually explaining the Night Shift ring-and-thanks to someone the other day and we both thought it was a nice practice. In the times I've gone I didn't think it was obnoxious at all. It reminds me of other businesses such as Nardelli's Sandwich shops who similarly ring a bell and the staff yells "grazie!" whenever they get a tip. I think its fun, and just another way for the staff and customer to interact and show appreciation for each other.

For those thinking ahead for tomorrow. Per Twillium's Twitter just before closing tonight.

"@trilliumbrewing: Bad news: no more congress st ipa bottles. Good news, good amount of melcher st ipa and DDH Melcher left to start the day tomorrow."

FYI to those looking for it for the first time, for more, and/or to load up for the weekend:

"8 cases of DDH Melcher remain" (per Twitter)

*Be forewarned that the Fort Point lunch time crowd is usually very thirsty so I could see DDHMS not making it through to the early afternoon/post work crowd.

I had this beer for first time, liquid goodness! So good, I am not local, but through trades and a visit to Boston have had a bunch of their hoppy stuff, their stuff is as good as the best in the country! You locals are lucky to have such great stuff! I would be there every week if I lived in the area.

@JCTetreault, any idea when bottle shops are going to start seeing bottles again? For a minute I could find bottles in JP more often than not. I got lazy. It was sweet.

Awesome. I'm very excited that you decided to make it again so quickly after the first release. I hope it becomes a regular in the taproom!

I just cracked my Mosaic growler and it is on point. I'm very glad I chose to grab one today at open.

We'll see how the next few weeks go, but as it is, we've been running out of beer at the brewery...'a good problem to have'. However, there certainly will be some FB-90, a double IPA brewed for/with Trillium at Mercury in Ipswich that goes out mid/late next week to the usual places both bottle shops and draft, plus bottles and draft the brewey.

We are looking to upgrade the glycol chiller and possibly adding another 30bbl of cellar capacity to Congress St in a few months...it'll help, but not likely to make a material difference in how much gets out to distro with any regularity. Been working hard on things that will make a material difference. Hopefully we'll have something concrete to share with everyone some day soon on that. Cheers! JC
