Helping a friend move and driving back. I want some beers from NG like raspberry tart and belgian red. What other beers are available and what are the best bottle shops to go pick up some fresh? Does founders go to Wisconsin? Any help would be appreciated!

Finding NG is not going to be a problem - if you are going to be in the lower part of the state you will have access to Ale Asylum (Bedlum & Sticky) would be the seasonals of interest right now. Central Waters would be another option available throughout the state but I'm not certain if you will be able to find any of the BBBW or 2011 BBS.

He is going through greenbay, central waters, and wasaeu along with many other small towns. I'd like to make it as painless as possible for him so any place easy to find is a plus.

    Wisconsin definitely has Founder's.

As for bottle shops, I have no idea, not familiar with that area (I'm not from here, just moved here about 4 years ago).

New Glarus IIPA is awesome. Get some!

If you like lagers, I recommend NG Two Women.

Do u know the price points for the IPA by NG? I called a store today and the Belgian red and rasp tart are 10.00 a bomber. Is that standard?

Sounds about right, give or take a dollar if it's on sale somewhere. The IIPA is usually 9.99/4pk.

Yep, as stayclean states, the 4pks are around $9, while the 6pks are around $8. It all depends on the store.

The tart and red are 750's not bombers. They are both well worth the admission price.

It doesn't seem like you are looking for anything that hard to find - so just have the friend stop at a Woodman's along his travels. Woodman's typically has the best prices and the selection for normal wisconsin brews is typically good.

New Glarus Dancing Man Wheat is my favorite summertime beer, period. 6-packs are like $8. Watch out though, the 7.2% ABV sneaks up on you
