It's been a while since the last beer dinner, I believe we should have another one. Estimated date of the dinner is the middle of April into early May. We need to decide a theme for the dinner. This would first be opened up to those who have participated in the past and then go from there. I will post the menu from the one we had last July to give people an idea of what this is like. Damn! Sounds like a good time! Am I to get that you normally put on the meal and everyone is suppose to bring beer? Or you supply beer too? Either way, I'm in if a spot is open :-)
Everybody either made one of the courses or supplied the beer for the course. Some of the dishes were made with the beer that they were being paired with. Nothing official yet, just figuring out who is interested at this point. We had about 16 people at the one I was at. People that where bringing beer had about 64oz worth of beer so that everybody could have a few ounces of beer to pair with the food.
