Got a growler of gathering clouds yesterday - very enjoyable, not sure if the hop combo really "pops" though.

Had it yesterday. The motueka really comes through. Grassy and herbal yet fruity. I liked it but like you said doesn’t have the traditional hop bite but I think that’s the profile of what they used.

yeah i definitely think it is a result of the hops used. I very much like it, would be interested to see some same base with different hops - maybe along the lines of mosaic and amarillo together.

    This weeks lineup
    dfullyBrewed

Ho ho ho hoppy holidays peoples! It's that wonderful time of year and we are here to satiate your holiday thirst with fresh, local suds. Our hours this weekend will be normal, nothing different. We will have two brand new beers dropping in addition to an ultra-fresh batch of the American Pale Ale "Lil' Shimmy Ye'" dropping Friday so everyone can grab a growler to share with the family. The first new batch hitting the taps tonight is called "Feed Me to Gor Gor" and it's an 8.3% ABV Hoppy Cascadian Dark Ale that we conditioned on pineapple. This is a pretty unique beer that we did secondary fermentation with on pineapple then double dry hopped with Citra, Galaxy, & Vic Secret before we conditioned again on more pineapple. The second new beer coming to life this weekend on Saturday called "Nakatomi Plaza" is a 5.1% ABV American Pale Ale that was fermented with a wild saccharomyces strain at higher temperatures to coax out tropical fruit esters like pineapple & mango then DDH with Vic Secret, Galaxy, Motueka, & Lemon Drop hops.

And for all the last minute shoppers, we have some new merch in! We have TEB holiday ornaments, TEB baby onsies, 64oz growler coozies, and like always hats, tees and hoodies. If you buy 4 items or more, we will in a nice little bundled TEB box with ribbon and tag!

Last but not least we will be dropping some cans on Saturday at 12pm of our Hoppy American Wheat series Whammy. This version is 5.0% ABV and was dry hopped Caliente & Amarillo. Only 38 cases available with a one four pack per person limit. Please be conscious of marked spots that are restricted parking only for the doctor's office in our complex. If there are no spots available in the lot to park please use the street parking available all along River Road as well as the lot spots on the other side of our building on River Road. Also, there will be someone out in the lot to assist you.

Our playlist this weekend was inspired by some hoppy holiday cheer! If you dig it you can it out here whenever you like. http://bit.ly/TEBHoliday17.

wow Gor Gor sounds like an odd combo, can't wait to try... cans again too? I believe that's the same whammy version that's been on for 2 weekends now, right? solid beer - but don't think I'd rush over for cans of it.

Love the Nakatomi Plaza name... lol.. Yipee ki Yay.. .

Whoa back to back can release weeks. Whammy was pretty good on draft yesterday - but I wouldn't go out of my way for it Like LSY.

4 cans in a month, interested to see what 2018 has in store for them for sure.

They were long and slow moving last week since more than half the people in line were also getting growler fills.

line will not be bad for a wheat beer... think everyone is busy with last minute shopping. holiday prep, etc... but could be wrong.... I live 1/2 mile away and don't plan on rushing down, if at all.

glad to see its a different whammy than what has been on tap though (not that I didn't like that one, just new is always good... lol)

OTOH yesterday there was a line to get in at 4pm and was the most crowded I've seen it in the 4-5pm time frame... shimmy fills may have been the drive, plus lots of people off work...
