Hopefully they send a shit ton of Juliet and Madame Rose like they did with Sofie and Matilda.

He said whenever they have some cans going, he was going to take a shit load to Austin. I told him he needs to meet me at Ananke Day. That'd be bad ass if he took some with him.

Stodgy, tight-assed TABC approved Hemp Ale? Rivers are flowing in reverse as I type this...

Dont count on it. those are pretty limited, and good... sofie and matilda are not.

Madame Rose was $16-ish right?....I'll stick with Jester King sours for that price.

Might not be limited, but they are good. Nothing OMG, but definitely tasty.

    I think closer to 20.

I liked it better than any of the JK sours to date.

Definitely better than the JK sours imo. both were around 18ish when I picked them up.
and yes, limited compared to the sofie, matilda, pepe, pierre, etc. etc.

I'm kinda surprised the third sister, Lolita, isn't listed. Madame Rose is probably the least favorite of the three while Juliet and Lolita absolutely kick ass.

$18 sounds about right for the price of bottles, however I have a feeling that we will probably be seeing kegs of this not bottles.

Maybe Lolita is too risque for TABC. Burn the books!!! :grinning:

I actually have never had Lolita. I have one in my cellar though. lol

I loved Juliet and Madame Rose though.

Lolita and Juliet are both excellent, and typically in the $17-18 range, while Madam Rose, for some reason, runs closer to $20 (and I havent had it for exactly that reason). It will just be nice to see more than the basics from GI available here

I got lucky and had Madame at the brewpub from an open bottle a friend bought. I liked it, but wouldn't buy a ton at retail and certainly not at bar prices.

I was just in Chicago and there was a shit-ton of all 3 sitting on shelves. I can't wait for that day here.

I want 1 bottle of Madame Rose fresh. I had it with some age on it and it was good. But not something I'd buy regularly or even occasionally. It's a little on the spendy side even for me.

It only makes sense Nectar Ales is coming in on FW's heels. Corsendonk looks interesting. It would be good to see them back in Tx.

    Upslope - Yes please again.

Ass Kisser? Is that out of CA (after a google search)? After looking at their ratings, seems like they are more of a gimmick due to their name than anything else.
