Anyone know why we can't get Straffe Hendrik down here, even though we have Brugse Zot?

How does Liberty Kitchen get away with "Liberty Wheat" and "Liberty Lager" from Karbach? Or is that ok because they're not packaged for retail...

Pretty sure they notified and got the OK from Karbach, plus its listed as such on the menu

Yeah, just wondering about the TABC rules prohibiting "house beers."

Didn't Real Ale used to brew Drafthouse ESB that was only available at Alamo Drafthouse?

I'm pretty sure Goose Acre in the woodlands has a "goose blonde" which I was told is just Southern Star Bombshell Blonde. Guess its okay since the label is not on the container itself

They did brew it, but they had to make it available to any other bar that wanted to serve it and you'd occasionally see it around town.

Another solid week for TABC labels.

And more Prairie. I will never complain about more Prairie.

**Gets ready for people to bitch about Birra del Borgo pricing**

Cool to see the 500ml Prairie releases are coming our way. I'm hoping these'll hit a $7.99-$8.99 price point.

Prairie Somewhere is a nice sour collaboration from them (with Saint Somewhere). I guess they did a second round since it was already released in 750ml bottles.

They are a brewery out of Lakeway. I believe their focus is more on the UK style of beer. I also know that they have had a couple of beers on sale down in that area as they are just now starting up. I think I read that they will be in the Austin city limits sometime in October.

Really looking forward to these and especially the Abbaye De Saint Bon-Chien. That's on my wants list.

I hope their ESB is good. I have difficulty finding an excellent ESB widely available in TX (other than Fuller's).

This is a hard one to put in Untappd when you're hammered, btw.

Very surprising that's in there (I missed it amongst the rest). It's a pretty legit beer... the vintages I've had have ranged from peppery and tart to quite sour.

Where is the BCBS 2013? I need it. And I need it to taste like 2012 BCBS.
