My local B&Ms have a few beers reduced to clear
so drinking up some bargains tonight with Moorehouse's Pride of Pendle bottle at £1.09
and Shipyard Blue Fin Stout which I barely paid anything for at 60p a pop

Rudgate's Bicycale - almost two weeks on and I'm reliving the 15 seconds of the tour that I managed to see in the flesh

    GK Strong Suffolk Dark Ale
meant to have forgotten about this bottle to discover years later & aged
But it's the only beer in house so it's getting supped.

Just had a pint and a half of Adnams/The Alchemist Enrapture at a spoons and it's lovely - very good amber collab, lots of grapefruit and pine and if you let it warm up from the cold serving I had there's a bunch of malty and caramel flavours there too without them jarring with the hops. recommended

Just opened the Sadlers Red IPA
A 'darker' taste than expected from a red ale, molasses & plums but most importantly with recent watery tasting reds,
a big bold flavour is most welcomed.

I'd rather have The Incredible Hulk as an enemy
than let any of those piss poor pretend brews near my lips

Been busy with graduation and a friend's wedding so I haven't really been drinking much in terms of good beer.

I also applied for an apprenticeship at a local microbrewery which after 6 weeks I found out I didn't get, onwards and upwards though. Now to send the cv to loads of breweries and bars...

Taking a break from the Bargains & Madness bottle dash with Lervig/Magic Rock Farmhouse IPA

Sits on the tongue saying 'Love you long time' & keeps it's word
    it's a whole flavour journey

    Back to the B&M stash
    Sadler's Dr. Hardwicke's Double IPA

More pine & seaside rock than Grapefruit & Citrus
so taste more like a Scotch ale to me
    still fantastic tasty stuff though.
