Not recent, but in 2008 I got a case of DFH Punkin' Ale for $14 on clearance at HEB in San Antonio after Thanksgiving.

Yeah, things have changed. LOL. That beer doesn't even last a week after September 1st nowadays.

Other than that, recently I got a 4 bottles of Stone Ruination for $2.99 apiece at a random convenience store (and yes, they were fresh... and rung up at that price). And no, they have not restocked any.

Deli in my neighborhood in Brooklyn was selling six-packs of Oaked Arrogant Bastard for $12. When clerk scanned it it always came up as an error, so he rang it up as $12, thinking it was their stock high end price. Specialty beer store had it at $22. I kept going back until they stopped restocking...

A while back I found a store with Damnation (Batch 23) for around five bucks a bottle. I bought four (I know, why didn't I buy the whole shelf?)

Last Summer I had a bomber of Bourbon County Bramble for $20 at a bar in Chicago (Delilah's). Was pretty stoked on that find.

After an expensive weekend fri - sun; ridiculous $12 bomber Racer X and a BCBS friday, $13 32oz growlers Hop 15 and BCBS saturday and Sunday + one bonus Saturday Samichlaus which was incredibly good for a 3 day total almost $70 that's fucking ridiculous I decided to go economy Monday.

1/2 price pints Chaps Norristown $3 Northern Hemisphere and $2.50 Celebration this place kills happy hour. Growler fills are also ridiculously priced right now. Sometimes I think (at least i do) we just waste $.

I'm not sure how much this is anywhere else, as I assumed it was priced cheap because it was a special gift set, but $16.99 for six Corsendonk's Christmas Ales and a glass seemed like a heck of a deal to me.
