Aw, fuck, this is terrible news. Loved that place, even if their Monday hours always pissed me off.

In an update that will thrill @woemad to no end, sources tell me that the Bham Flatstick is to open next Friday.

Not sure how you can let people play Putt-putt, while everyone else is confined to a table.

I'll have to see if the Spokane location has opened back up.

Ravenna is great, they're the closest brewery to my house and I never make it over there as much as I'd like to. They've seriously increased in quality since opening up five years ago.

It’s opening today I believe. We sold them a couple kegs yesterday and they were hoping to soft open and then announce it this weekend.

I'm there now drinking some adjuncty dark beers. Saw that yr Helles is on, might be by tomorrow to drink it from the source.

Hadn't realized they've been around that long. I hit a can of Porch Pals last night. Seemed like something I could happily have several of if encountering it in a bar.

Quick question for the East (Dry) Siders, I just noticed there was a second brewery listed in Moses Lake, St. Brigids https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/28102/ , but it doesn't seem to have any action in a while, and their web domain is available. Anybody know if they're still operating? @RJLarse ?

Not fully beer news, but at least beer adjacent. The Seattle pizza chain Zeeks will be opening up their Bellingham location soon (May 29), in the old 122 West/Melvin spot. They plan on brewing there (all the equipment remains in place), and I've heard they plan on brewing house beer for all other stores.

IIRC, that brew system is only in the 3-5 barrel range, and I don't know how how much fermenter/brite tank capacity they have, but that seems like a lot for that system to handle.

Huh. I've got a few Zeeks within walking distance of me and they do have a really solid selection of taps and cans to go. They've done partnerships with Varietal, Single Hill, Urban Family and Reubens in the past, among others.

    Zeek's pizza is awful.
