My default is bru'nwater target profile for bitter yellow beer:
    Ca2+: 50 ppm
    Mg2+: 10 ppm
    Na+: 5 ppm
    SO42-: 105 ppm
    Cl-: 45 ppm
    HCO3-: 0 ppm

Assume you were starting with RO -- what might you do differently?

That profile looks pretty reasonable to me. Though I would probably not build any Magnesium in. With malt being chock full of it, and the sour-ish flavor it can add, I just almost never do. That said, adding 10ppm is probably not a problem.

I won't be adding any Mg. I have well water, not RO, but mentioned RO as an easy point of reference. My well has 4 ppm mg, last time I checked.
