Very specific questions that I have not seen in threads recently Two of us are staying in Waterbury three nights but wanted to see if there were options to get to Burlington for an afternoon/evening without having to have one of us be the DD. What's the Uber status these days on both ends? Quick check on the app shows Waterbury is void and most every car in Burlington is at the airport ... Appreciate any insight. Are taxis an option (if Uber isn't)? Question 2 is does anyone recommend a location for golf that is readily available (i.e. I don't need to be staying on a Stowe property or something like that)? Thanks all!
I would imagine you could call a cab in Waterbury to get you to Burlington, and then take an Uber home. Regarding golf, just played Stowe Country Club two weeks ago...about 15 minutes from Waterbury. Nice course with some scenic views of the valley.
if you want to save a little $$ you can take the ccta commuter bus up to butlington and take a uber/cab back to Waterbury
