I find myself at my mother-in-law's this weekend in Waterbury ...

The only place in the area I really know of is Mountview down in Naugatuck which does the trick just fine, but was curious if I was missing anything else or a place to go with the family for dinner and get a good beer.

(I'm from CT so I literally mean in the Waterbury area and not Danbury or driving down to NEBCO, I do those all the time.) Thanks!

That's my impression, but I am hoping maybe I was wrong!

Is that the space that was a brewery for a while?

Pies n Pints, exit 16 in Middlebury. Was there last night. Pretty great food, and a solid tap selection. Maybe 16 draft lines or so. They have "tap attacks" (mini tap takeovers) every so often. They just had a Brooklyn one, so I had a Sorachi Ace and Black Chocolate Stout last night.

Yes. It was a second Cambridge House that they tried to open. Ended up costing the owners both locations, but the Granby location lives on and thrives.
