Exactly.... but preferably (since we're fantasizing here) all packaged in one variety case for easier side-by-side tasting.

Besides the fact I hate Rauchbiers, I like this idea - sort of like the Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPA Deconstructed pack a few years ago, but a peat Rauch, beech, oak, cherry, etc smoked malts side by side. (hint for homebrewers, if you use peat smoked malt, a little goes a LOOONNNNGGG way.)

Or a rauchbier version of Dark Horse's IPA mix pack of 4 IPAs, which consisted of Crooked Tree IPA and 3 others based on the same Crooked Tree IPA recipe but single hop additions (Cascade, Citra, and Falconers). It was several years that I tried it and I don't know if Dark Horse still makes it.

I fantasise about meeting a group of friends and being driven round beautiful countryside to exquisite village pubs where mild is sold in excellent condition. To further enhance things there should be an excellent meal at one of these pubs.
Last Sunday this fantasy became a reality once more , a beautiful Spring day and nine welcoming pubs all selling cask mild.

Clarity Ferm removes most of the gluten in beer. The consensus is that there is no discernible change in flavor and aroma with just a minor change in mouthfeel. It is not expensive.

My dream is that far more brewers would use it, and brewers such as Stone wouldn't limit it to just one beer.
