This is always a hard question. Mine would be:

    Ayinger Oktober Fest Marzen
    Ayinger Premium Pilsner
    Creature Comforts Tropicalia IPA
    Arches Mexican Empire Vienna Lager
    Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier Dunkel
    Hofbrau Dunkel
    Schneiderweiss Weissbier

This is tough. I guess my personal best would also contain a lot of the beers that were most transformative to me, which would include:

    - Westvleteren 12
    - Hoegaarden (sad to me that this style seems to be getting lost)
    - Pliny the Elder
    - Full sail Boardhead, waaaaay back in the day. Probably '98 batches.
    - Hair of the Dog Adam (opened my mind up)
    - Alesmith Speedway Stout, especially some of the coffee varieties
    - Duvel
    - Schneider Aventinus

Uncle Jacobs stout for commercial beers.
Many others that have been good but Homebrewers, which I know a few, have beat most of the commercial brew I've had.
And they keep coming, there will b some new commercial offering, then some home Brewer will swing by with a clone or similar brew which is fresher and ,to my taste, better.

Statistically speaking, a fair assessment of my best beers, numerically: if I were to look at my beer reviews/rating value and take the highest three I reviewed which are within 4% of pDev...

    Trappistes Rochefort 10
    Locust Reign
    Founders Breakfast Stout

The Locust Reign was a totally random thing that happened 100% unplanned on a "meandering, random New England coastline driving" return trip while on a beercation from Portland, Maine.

I happened to be eating at a restaurant in the area, looked at what was close to where I was and I was like "Am I really that close to NEBCO?!?!?" and headed over, saw a line of people...and promptly got in line around the exact right time and day for growler pours. Stupid, unplanned blind luck and timing which made that beer that much more special, regardless of it being second on that list above.

Bad Boy from Alpine Beer Co., an amazing DIPA.

Enjoyed three pints after a Red Sox game at the Cast&Flagon.
Rode shot gun home-didn't have my readers-thought it was 6%, its 9%ABV. I was new to the "craft beer" scene and was amazed at all of its characteristics. Dove right into IPAs in general as a result. I have only tried a few that come close.

It's now my "Whale", not available in stores in my area and every time I'm near somewhere it could be on draft I'm driving.

I visited 3F for the first time about a month back, and they didn't have either of those two (other than regular Hommage for in-house).

But I did pick up Schaarbeekse & regular Hommage bottles at our local bottle shop in San Francisco. Huge mark-up ($55+) but better than another flight to Bruxelles. Can't wait to try them!

    1) BA Adjunct Trail - Angry chair
    2) Hand of Glory b2 - Holy Mountain
    3) FAHA - 3 Chiefs
    4) Morning Delight B5 - Toppling Goliath
    5) DB Fluffernutter - Hidden Springs

BA adjunct is by far and away the best beer I’ve ever had. Pinnacle of the pastry stout game. After 1 the rest of the top 5 are pretty interchangeable. As far as IPA’s: We Ded Mon x3 - The Veil, Heady stooped, Triple Mosaic Daydream - Other Half, GGGreen - Treehouse. I love IPA’s and those reside just outside of the top 5 beers for me

Off Color's Barrel Bear, a Finnish Sahti that's aged in rye whiskey barrels. Absolutely wonderful! I wish it was still available.

    Rochefort 10
Shakesbeer (on cask at the Garrick Inn in Stratford-Upon-Avon)
    Timothy Taylor Golden Best
    MacLeod Jock's Favorite

... and then there's a group of pilseners that are hard to narrow down (Konig, Live Oak, Bitburger and a few others). It probably depends on freshness as to which stands out, but Konig sticks in my head as the best.

Dogfish Head Craft Brewery's 2010 "Burton Baton" on draught, which I drank in June, 2014, during Philly Beer Week, at Barcade (1114 Frankford Avenue, Philadelphia). Barcade had acquired the keg upon release and aged it in their cellar until 2014.
