This is goooood...
So far I'm 2/2 with this brewery. Next time I go to the store I'm going to buy a "Three Philosophers" and see how that bad boy tastes.
Oh man that song brings back memories!
Forgot to post the pic earlier.
Moving on to this now.
natty ice... lol
not for real tho
That's the second picture I've posted sideways in this thread. I traded my galaxy s3 for an iPhone 5 yesterday and its still taking some adjusting.
Had a buddy throw me a Hopslam tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to snag a sixer of my own tomorrow!
Ha. The worst hangover I've ever had was with natty ice. We were playing power hour. A shot of beer every minute for an hour. So pretty much like a beer every 8 min or so. Oh man I can't even put into words how I felt the next day. No lie, I had like a 3 day hangover.
Should I have a maximus or celebration next? Or both...?
Dark Horse Tres Blueberrry Stout
I just got home from work. Man, is it cold outside! I thought this and a few episodes of American Restoration would take the chill off!
My first Allagash Black. I do love me some stout!!! Cheers!
As temperatures fall, the beer gets bigger.
Caved to my own peer pressure
Yummy, can't wait til this hits Houston again.......
How is that beer staying in place?
This is ridiculous. Looks fine when I post it on my phone. Guess I'll stop doing that.
I think it's amazing. What are you some kind of sorcerer?
My first ever CCB Jai Alai and I must say this is by far the most fruit forward IPA and man I love it!
Enjoying one of these as a night cap after seeing Cat Power in concert at the Electric Factory in Philly. Plus no work tomorrow! Woot! Cheers!
How's that Celebration drinking btw? I would imagine the hops have fallen off quite a bit by now...
my first, delicious! best barley wine I've had!
Great Lakes Conway's Irish Ale. (Every swig of this beer warrants a few head nods accompanied by a "fuck...yeah...." from me. Well, I'm not literally doing that. But I'm sure as hell thinkin it. )
Capping off the night with Old Reliable...
Cheers, BA, and goodnight!
And now, Beer Geek Rodeo
Doppel-Hirsch. I've been enjoying doppelbocks so much as of late that I might breakdown and actually buy the Ayinger Celebrator stem glass I've eyeing. (I've been drinking doppelbocks out of a pint glass.)
Not as good as Adam, but great nonetheless. Just finished a drive up and back from San Jose to Santa Rosa to get beers from Russian River, so I was in dire need of this wonderful nightcap.
Finishing off the night with a Deschutes Hop Henge. Just like their Black Butte Porter, the Hop Henge is a perfect textbook example of the style it's brewed in.
