Moving on to So Fresh And So Green, Green
While my girl drinks Hop Head Red
Moved on to this one, my last one, sadly...
Thanks man, and yeah DFH will always have a soft spot in my heart for basically turning me onto craft even though I rarely buy their beers anymore. But damn this aged d'Extra is drinking incredible.
Wheres my music enjoyment, Bennett?
Recycled picture. I'm drinking it now... promise.
Pretty damn good.
Yes you should, just be careful of the bottling dates. Mine is pushing 3 weeks old already. Don't put this trade off too long
One I have had before
And one new to me
Haha sorry man - I was just too excited to post what I was listening to.
One of my favorites:
Cuz it's that kinda night.
I don't make swords but do make knives sometimes.
I made a knife in shop class back in high school, and some ninja stars, too. I really have no idea how I wasn't expelled...
Did you like? I hope I didn't personally overrate it for you.
I thought it was damn good man, just posted a review. You've yet to let me down!
Was cleaning up a bit in my condo, the TV happened to be on Fox (oh gawd) and Idol happened to be on (kill me). I grabbed my growler of Live Oak Hefe and put this on the speakers, non ironically :
Lakefront Anniversary Imperial Stout
Bought this last week. Carbonation is still great and the flavor has maintained.
First taste of this year's Hopslam batch:
Some shorts brewing love in there. #shorts
My first Nugget Nectar...
I thought I was done for the night, but then I saw that Full Throttle Saloon was recording...so I popped another first while watching. Very pleasant sessionable brew Bells....good job.
ommegang abbey ale
man this picture sucks, sorry.
This Duck-Rabbit Barleywine just came in today. Pretty boozy at 11%, I kind of feel like it needs to age a year. But its still pretty good!
What's the great news?
just finished a Bell's tap takeover of Harry McGill's Spiced Stout, Sparking Ale, and Red Nose ESB
Central Waters Satin Solstice Imperial Stout
Fricking outstanding beverage, but I dont think I need to convince anyone on this one
Very good brown ale! Nice robustness of flavor and mouthfeel and extremely drinkable.
This was SO damn good. Such a great take on the Sahti style(and yes, I have had a few others). So robust with nice complexity of malty flavors and juniper notes; and very smooth. Haters of Sam Adams can get the hell out of my office. Their experimental small batch series has impressed quite a bit.
The original kind of Black Metal BTW. Huge dark chocolate, coffee, char notes with a ton of robustness and complexity. So smooth to sip you wouldnt even think it was 10%. Outstanding.
Hopslam and homebrews next. Cheers!
A very delicious farmhouse saison here:
YES!!! Finally my first Hopslam of the year!!...and man is it harder to get this year. I had to put my name on a list in November to get a 6-pack reserved at my local beer store...and it sold out on it's first day here.
Sarcastic? Dude its 80 degrees in January. Again. Come on :-)
Wild Blue (lager) from Baldwinsville, NY. Ok, so this was a gift, and its horrid.
Firestone Walker XV - thanks hugonaut13!
Love that one from Bonneroo.
Gah this kicked just days before we went there. Enjoy cause that stuff is so boss
Disappointed really. Not bad at all, but Sucks, PtE, and Abrasive are far superior, IMO.
I had a double take when looking at your post because I cracked a black note yesterday and poured it in the exact same glass!!!
Nice beer. Nice avatar. For some reason it still seems weird to me when other people like Mastodon. They used to be soooo underground. Love that band.
Trying to not drink beer during the week, but my buddy picked me up a 6 pack of Hopslam and Nugget Nectar that I got today. Had to crack a Hopslam tonight!
