    Maybe, my favorite post ever.

I enjoyed a burton baton that accidentally hit the mixed sixer section, then a Lagunitas Censored. Now i'm having a Black IPA from Santa Fe. Someone recently was posting about how great mixed 6ers are. I can't agree more.

Getting to the part of the night where only the dedicated keep going. After a couple beers and two BCBD, I had to go grab some quick sustenance. Picked up a Memphis BBQ Six Dollar burger from Carl's Jr, and took it home to eat it with a pretty fresh bottle of Ranger Creek Small Batch Series No. 4 - a bourbon barrel aged smoked porter. Holy bottle conditioned head! Cheers.

Had two Death and Taxes at Toad in the Hole earlier. Followed that up at Whole Foods with a Pannepot and a Life and Limb on tap.

Drinking this now, while getting my brand new brew kit arranged to brew my first batch tomorrow. Super excited.

Been listening to some Alkaline Trio while getting ready.

neither...both drinkin' real nice...different but nice. i used to buy a case every year...had so much beer in addition to that it never became an issue...i always had leftovers...just now clearing out the beer cellar.

i've found much earlier than 04 with bigfoot and you're into a completely different experience...different kind'a flavor profile...aged, woody, astringent, sour flavors. in terms of the smoked porter, i had an 03 this winter and it still held up. super solid beer...i drank 03-09 this winter and wasn't letdown once.

    Fort Collins Rocky Mtn IPA
    Cisco Indie Pale Ale
and a Sucks from the bottle

then after work, drove to Beer Study
    drank:
Aviator Black Mamba bourbon barrel aged. Honestly it was meh.
    Then a Sucks on tap.
Then a Foothills Jade on tap.

Just finished this here espresso oak aged yeti. I almost overlooked it at the beer store, as the label is nearly identical to the regular yeti.
I can say this version is better than the original. It has a distinct coffee flavor, similar to victory at sea, but not as strong, and minus the vanilla... Add a little chocolate... Very good, I will definately be buying this again

started things off right with a Hop Rod Rye from Bear Republic, then moved on to a Tasman Red IPA from Sam Adams. Maybe a Ruthless Rye for dessert.
