Yep, one and done after my 16hr day. I have to be back to work in 9hrs.
FIRESTONE 16: I tapped it this week. Almost every customer that bought it, whom which knew what they were drinking, said they didnt enjoy it too much. Too Boozy, Too strong, Just Too Much. I honestly agreed with them. Had draft and bottle and although very flavorful and complex. I tend to think and say a beer like that will be much better next year.
Moving on while getting ready to watch Kitchen Nightmares. Not bad but not great. I paid $2.99 for this single but I can't say I'd do it again. Glad to have tried it though.
Big Muddy Galaxy IPA at dinner followed by Hopslam at home!
$13?!?!?!?! $25 here for mine. Crazy how this f'in beer fluctuates so much in price. Enjoy
Good Evening BA's
Have had computer troubles lately so I have not been able to post too much.
Currently drinking some SUCKS. On a side note, after having Sculpin numerous times and being let down I've finally got some FRESH (bottled last week) and I gotta say...... the difference is night and day. Very good this time around.
Watching Gold Rush and drinking liquid gold!
Feeding my little brother Hopslam...
It's a proud moment.

You should try Sprechers rootbeer. Way better than river rat rootbeer by a mile! HAHA is this Rootbeer Advocate or what?

And the wings have scored twice since I opened it so I like it even more.
Cheers and Go Wings!
Finally made it to STL..in the hotel with Daisy and a few of her Miller friends...
First one of the season, and I am as happy as a pig rolling in it's own shit. Probably my favorite non-barrel aged stout (the year old Expeditions I've had are real close, would love to have older ones; also need to have non-BB Plead The Fifth but Dark Horse doesn't send it to WI anymore apparently, boo), and I find this as good fresh as the year old one I had last month. Sucks that the one store I found this at is selling it by the single, but big ups to atone315 for coming through with 2 4pks for me next week. Cheers.
Was at my local pub earlier . Started with a Sucks and killed the keg . They switched to 2 hearted so I had one of them . Havin a Hopslam at home now . Yum .
Jack's Abby Mom & Pop's
I've had Sprecher. It's good, but not "rooty" enough for me.
You know I got ya! Though I was just there and they are out for at least 2 to 3 weeks I was told
Maybe it's the intensity of cold these past two Chicago nights, but I've been feeling the need for stouts.
My first Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat. I love the hint of oatmeal I get from it. Totally enjoyable and I'm glad I picked it up. Now being followed by chocolate nirvana:
This and a Lindt Black Currant bar, while watching SVU marathon with girlfriend. I'll return to that regularly scheduled Hopslam tomorrow . . . Cheers BA's!!!
Damn what a DIPA! If you've never had it, get your butt in gear and find some!
Sam Adams Chocolate Bock. Delicious.
Started with a Sixpoint 3Bean
If you still have hate for Sixpoint after trying this then you're just whack
Now working on my favorite Dogfish head offering
Brew Free! or Die IPA

Someone's about to have a good time.
Thanks all, feels weird getting walked out of the building with my box for the last time
I'm having a nice progression of beers so far, I think. After the Matilda I had one of these:
and am now on to one of these:
I think this is where I'll stay for the rest of the night.
And now... to Netflix, and watching Det. Columbo use his crime-fighting super-power of annoying the ever loving shit out of somebody until they either confess or slip up. Dude never lets me down- cheers!
