    Went in this order:
    Green Flash Grand Cru
    Evil Twin/Stillwater/Stone The Perfect Crime
    Pere Jacques
    Rogue Morimoto Pils
(I know how a lot of you feel about Rogue; I bought it because my wife liked the bottle and it turned it out to be pretty good)

Night capping with a SN Celebration. "Watched" the game long distance with some family via text/email which was fun. Cheers to all...

We just watched the last SB ever in New Orleans. Too bad. 35 minute delay won't cut it though.

I've had a couple, this is my last one, its a really good beer but not a knockout. It has a lot of hops and a lot of astringent alcohol heat that I think masks some of the subtle maple, brown sugar/caramel flavors, gets a little better when it warms. I'm enjoying this entire bottle to myself! Congrats to the Ravens!

    Coast More Consistenter
    Deschutes Hop Henge IPA
    Ballast Point Sculpin
    Deschutes The Stoic (delicious)
King Henry (drinking great right now)

All followed by an amazing "bieramisu" I made with BCBS '12. The only thing bad about tonight is that the wrong team won.

My Great Uncle worked at the plant and I have his watch. I always try to drink a pabst or 2 every year because of it.

I also had fremont abominables when the pabst ran out ;)

I had a 750 mL bottle of this year's untitled "punk" lager from Upright. (The one with the Bad Brains label.) An odd beer--too heavy to be crisp, but not heavy enough to be rich. Basically a heavier, hoppier schwarzbier.

My friend says "you like guiness?" I say politely "eh, it's not bad, a little flat an watery for my taste".

He says, "oh, we'll I got some in the fridge if you want one. There some weird extra guiness something or other. I dunno, my coors rep gave em to me."

Thinking they were simply extra stouts, I went for a look an found this-

Absolutely fantastic- bears no resemblance to guiness draught, or extra stout

Wait, I also brined a turkey breast in 3 bottles of Zombie Dust. Does that count?? Tick reads, "Bottle to white meat. Served across the grain at smoker temperature..."

The SN Porter is the only SN product I am not crazy about. Yes its a porter, and yes its not bad, but it really doesn't stand up to most of the readily available porters out there

Finally got to sit down and have a beer.
    Opened up a Pallette Wrecker.
I'm a little disapointed in this beer.
The lack of balance doesn't work for me.
