Bok choy makes for good kimchi for sure! Have you ever had kimchi chigae? Try kimchi on a beef burger sometime....

If we are going Brown, the previous is always welcomed BUT this is a bit better...

    Such a great tune...

Ignore the "subtítulos" *unless you speak Spanish*

Not fond of the stiff, blond lead soprano  but this song is massive...

Live show recorded in Warsaw, Poland, featuring Mats Levén on lead male vocals, backed by Snowy Shaw, and much improved female vocalists, Lori Lewis and Katarina Lilja...

This all probably some "guilty pleasure" shit on my part, but I return routinely to these guys, like I do my favorite beers

    Cheers...

I had to look that up, but yes, yes I have.

As for the burger, often. Kimchi and over easy duck egg on rye bread work wonders. Korean patty melt of sorts.

I guess it depends on where you live. I wasn't able to find it two days ago, but I stumbled on it today. At any rate, you should be able to find it soon.

Good evening BAs! Well today was a successful day to an extent. Walked away with 2 new beer glasses from two brothers and a bunch of swag. Too bad no one really showed up though, the fucking nonstop rain just washed the whole event away. A month of planning cant even stop rain from fucking it all up.

I just got a little rain soaked in a quickly blown up downpour. It was nice, I was chilling outside, talking to you folks, had some music going. There was some, what looked like, heat lightning in the distance. It was calm, decent. Then pounding rain for about 2 minutes. Now it's over and it looks crazy outside. Tons of lightning, crazy clouds, and they're moving. It's a pretty beautiful sight. I feel like we haven't had enough thunderstorms this year around Chicagoland, this summer at least.

Moved on to the last Eugene in the fridge. No picture this time. What's next to clean out frightens me, it's some leftover European, green bottle, perpetual skunk swill. What's crazy is that it's actually not Heineken. Anyway, I'm just sitting back listening to some downtempo, Blockhead.

Kimchi is quite versatile. Something I'll do once in a while is take lettuce, add bulgogi to it and then add kimchi, and wrap it all up.

I've had some great brown ales and they're all different in their own regards but Palo Santo is just great.
