I have to see a lot of Southern NJ worry about the snow too! Having lived in upstate New York for many years, our snowfalls are also brutal! :D

It's a good thing you got an early start - three 10% beers as a warm up to the 18% main event; "good gawd, man!" (In my worst Sean Connery voice.) I don't know if I should give you a high five, fist pump, or a pillow!!

Studying up for my Cicerone test in March. So each week I will be doing my own pairing dinner, some simple and some more elaborate. Tonight will be four courses, all easy cooking or lack there of. Here are the first two and I'll try to post the last two as well.

The first pick was some Aged Havarti and some Sharp Aged Cheddar. The second pick is some Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta.

The snow is coming to Casper Saturday so I better get to warming myself up. Deschutes XXIV, present and accounted for, in my glass and my tummy. It's already better now than when I had it fresh. I'll open my next one on, say, July 24, 2013.;)
