I love this beer. Anytime I am in TN I bring a few cases home. Have not had any in awhile. Wish they were available in more than 5 states.

    ENJOY

Decided to open a Cantillon Gueuze. This is my first true Lambic and it was a really an enjoyable pour. I shared some with my son who said "hmmm...smells like throw up....but in a good way."

Sam Adams Irish Red. The style may be my new favorite. Boring, possibly. Unoffensive, as opposed to offensive. Easy drinkin' for sure. Tasty? Dam skippy.

Still going strong but yeah no work tomorrow and I doubt I'll be up before noon. Get to take the snowblower out for it's once a year job. Glad I spent all that money on it. God help the poor bastard who comes to my door, waking me up, to ask if I want my driveway shoveled.

I was just thinking the same thing! Gonna pour myself one right now. Crazy amounts of bourbon in this years batch...although I did get it super fresh. Either way, it's fucking ON POINT.

Both are amazing in their own right. I'm having a REALLY hard time choosing a winner.
A: Both jet black but this one goes to BCBS because of the nice khaki head that sticks around.
S: Both smell great, BCBS has more bourbon booze and sweetness, BN is more subdued earthiness, smokey oak
T: BCBS: more in your face, bourbon, booze, roast, sweetness. BN: roast, earthy oak, char very well blended flavors
M: BCBS sweet, sticky mouthcoat. BN: clean a ever so slightly lacking next to BCBS
O: These are both near perfect BB stouts. Each has their strong points. After letting each warm up for about 45 minutes I'm going to give the ever-so-slight edge to BN just because it's a bit smoother right now (fresh). Although BCBS is more bold and a bit more flavorful. I'd rate both at 99.
