Ember has a habit of photobombing my beer pics. She also has a habit of sniffbombing my beer glasses.

Anyway, in the 196oz. limit wasteland that is Pennsylvania, these are the three I went with. Sucks and Nugget Nectar, no regrets. But I could have gotten Old Rasputin for almost half the price of TenFidy, and Old Rasputin is MORE than twice as good. Tickers gotta tick though, right? Lesson learned.

    Either way, what a trifecta.

Ha! Oh god no. I've been putting off TenFidy because of the price (which, I now see was justified). This if the first time I've ever seen bottled Sucks. Not as good as draft, but still lovely.

Bought a single of this, as I'm not a hops hound. Really enjoying it! As somebody that rarely seeks out hoppy beers from out of state (no need when I have fresh Ghandi Bot year round), I'm really enjoying this!

Went with a chalice since I just got 'em in the mail...

Beautiful color - you can see the nice lacing and even some bubbles from the bottom - super-delicious hoppiness (Nugget, Warrior, and Tomahawk (per the label)) - whatta great beer.

Making the deal even sweeter - it was a freebie from the guy at the beer store - the last one, from his own personal stash in the back - class act, class beer - thank you, Rob!

    *cheers*

Starting tonight with a beer I've never heard of from a brewery I've never heard of...and you know what? It is a damn good brown ale.

Thanks to Beerness for tossing it in my box!

Best brewery in Raleigh. Possibly the best brewery in the triangle though Fullsteam is great too. The Sweet Josie won a gold at GABF (I think) a year or two ago.

I get my wisdom teeth taken out on Friday, so I'm eating and drinking whatever I want until Friday morning. I had Pilsner Urquell (old picture) when I came home and then Perfect Tin with a steak.

Now I'm having Canebrake (old picture).

Jai Alai tonight, but you know what it doesn't taste like Jai Alai I've had before. Fuck, the pull tab was slightly bent and askew. IT MUST BE A FORGERY! Hmmmm... now who can I screw over?
