That's what reviewing beer is for. If you're gonna start your own channel on Italian beer you need to be able to compare to more popular beer. Otherwise most people won't spend the extra cash on something that they are not sure about.

Cheers to an awesome start to the weekend. And to you fine people that take care of your regular trading partner's. And to you people on the "bad trader list" I hope your beer gets infected!

Have the day off from work, and I'm finally feeling well again. Started off with an Abacus on tap at Whole Foods. God I love this barley wine. I wish I had another bottle of King Henry so I could compare them side by side, because they are fighting for king of BW in my mind.

    Now drinking this:

It's got a ton of hop bitterness for a 4.5% beer, but it does need more balance. It's a little overboard.

Yeah that is something I really felt I had to do first and foremost so others can understand how it does compare. For instance I always suggest the Sessonette which is made with chinotto peel instead of the classic lemon. This makes it an instant translation or interpretation toan Italian saison.

I have a lot of work to do no doubt, and this advice is really awesome to hear! :D

I suspect we do. Haven't check. But I also suspect we have the clap here, although I haven't checked on that either.

ok, this is beginning to sound like a broken record... more sucks and nugget nectar! Can't help it. I bought 2 packs of each and they gotta go quickly!
(BTW= word of advice for all parents... if you have a dr. appt (we had the pediatric opthamologist today) that will last more than 2 hours, you must plan ahead and put tons of brews in the fridge, cause you'll be REALLY needing them when you come home...)

Yoy are messing with me with the avatar changing. Who in their right mind does something like that? At least I'm not scared of it. I like Scottish folk. Crap I need to post a beer or hammers will start being thrown my way.
