Cheers guys weeks almost over!

 

I was going to hold off another day until I see the doctor tomorrow to get my stitches removed from my knee scoping, then this kick ass box from NBS/BIF #3 shows up from @cavedave on my doorstep yesterday. I'm warned that another load of goodies is due today, so it's time to get with the program again. There is no better medicine or therapy than this super fresh Heady! I had to pour it in a glass to take in the killer aroma and admire the iridescent color. Thank you once again Dave, you delivered beyond words! This Hoosier is going to make like he's in Vermont for a bit while enjoying this beer that I haven't had in a long time.

Thanks! My 12 varieties of hops that I have planted over the past 1-2 years are doing very well and are early this year....mild El Nino winter has its upsides!

This is a great breakfast stout. It is 10% abv, so I guess not for every morning(unless it's THAT kind of morning, which today is), but the coffee notes are outstanding, crisp enough to have even outside on a hot sunny day. Funny, when I lived in San Diego, I never really gave MT too much thought other than Monster Park and Blazing World, but lately, all the stuff I try from them is just out of this world. Cheers!

I considered trying a little hop farm, but I am in Las Vegas, so the weather makes it close to impossible.
