Finally home from the office (working on a paper and then exam editing since 11AM), so I'm just now sitting down to a big salad, a bowl of soup . . .

and Captain Lawrence Liquid Gold. Awesome Belgian pale ale.

Had an awesome time at the Brick Store Pub in Decatur last night; the Belgian bar was particularly awesome--my girlfriend even found a beer she liked for the first time (Duchesse de Bourgogne)!

Just played a church league basketball game and I'm licking my wounds with a Founders Centennial IPA...it's drankin pretty good..probably will kill the rest of my Sucks as the night wears on. Cheers

Started off an afternoon of beers and friends by sharing a BCBS. It's mellowed quite nicely since October and we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Followed that up with a new one for me: Titan IPA from Great Divide. It was pretty good.

Finished the afternoon/evening with an always enjoyable Flying Dog Kujo Imperial Stout. Rich and smooth, and went wonderfully with a bacon cheeseburger! Cheers!

Got a bottle of 75 myself this past week, plan on cracking it next weekend. Love that beer on tap, bottles are usually alright. And I am playing Absolution through again for the second time, love all the Hitman games. Hard to find time to play though with a 1 1/2 year old and a pregnant wife but enjoy it when I can. Cheers!

    Then some more hoppy goodness.

I brought a mad elf inside to potentially be my nightcap but it's a big maybe if that'll be the last as of now.
