St Bernardus Tripel.. Cheers!
Good morning BAs! Send in the Klowns!
4.9% alcohol. 20 IBU. Introduced in 2016. Brewed in Louisiana.

"Mmm-mmmm. That is a tasty burger"
And a tasty Magic Rock - Highwire Grapefruit to go with it. Big juicy citrus cutting through a greasy beef and chorizo burger no problem.
Good morning BA's
Finally getting rain out here.
I have been trying hard to no avail to stay off the webs but I am flying on no sleep now for a few days. Running my mouth. See youse later. Are you all reading the thread arrogant pilsner? I love BA.
new beer sunday is coming . . .
Hello! Looks a little sluggish this morning, but the quality of brews being consumed currently certainly do not. Wowzers! Anywho, lets check in on the Glass of the Day Awards shall we?
GotD: Clearly @BeerVikingSailor was upset about the lack of recognition the other day, so we have all been blessed with another Drinking Horn suitable for Dionysus (look it up ). Cheers and congrats!
2nd: @dcotom (again ), for officially bringing us into Oktoberfest season with a proper pairing. We held out as long as we could, but thank you from the bottom of my heart for breaking the ice.
3rd: In the spirit of Oktoberfest, @tasterschoice62 is bringing knowledge to the season with his pint glass. Know your glassware folks, and this should help! (tought me a thing or two)
Honorable mention goes out to @bowzer4birdie for getting his S together and posting pics right side up, and for a nice gold rimmed Heidelberg mug. ( glad to see you're feeling better)
Cheers everyone, and I will see you all soon!
new one for me, very very tasty session beer.
and you gotta love the OB messages
edit: nevermind me, not new, i rated this one april 2015
Chang.. A very mediocre AAL. From Thailand...
The Budweiser stein, the Springer Spaniel edition from the Hunter's Companion series, was given to me several years ago by my sister. My springer, Brittany (below), didn't hunt, but she sure loved flushing birds and going to the gun range. I think I'll raise one in her memory.
Damn, dude, that's harsh (albeit true) - great glassware, folks, as expected!
It most certainly is on! Had a couple SN '15 lying around, did ya? Wish I saved a few to compare to the '16. (yeah, yeah...fresh vs. aged. what evs)
You guys are nuts!
603 Wood Devil at the Union Diner in Laconia NH.
Nice warming blonde beer at the end of this not so warm summer day in NW Europe.
Besides 8% of alcohol, this beer contains 2% honey.
Fuchschen Alt - a true craft brewery near the Rhine river in the Altstadt of Duesseldorf.
As a wise man once said:
I bought a bunch of this for our church pig roast last fall. Turned out that everyone brought their own beer and gave me a bunch of stuff to sample. I had several different Oktoberfest beers and still took home more beer than I brought. I saved a few of the SN/BR O'fests. Still as delicious as they were last fall.
On this right now. Cheers!
This beer is no joke. Stillwater/Casita Cerveceria - On Fleek. First sip will get your eyebrows on fleek. Looks just like old, viscous motor oil but tastes way better. Really digging this one. A little drip ran down on the label of my glass, might have stained it permanently.
Went for a drive around the island yesterday during our staycation. It's nice to see such a wide variety of things in a small area. Pretty lucky to be here
Got home and enjoyed a gift from a friend
Had these a couple days before
Okole maluna y'all!
Bell's Raspberry Wild One
Lunch beer - Tyranena "Socialite", an imperial brown ale aged in red wine barrels:
Nutty and there is a hint of oak and red wine. Easy drinking on a hot Milwaukee afternoon. Cheers!
Aye! A solid salute to all of our Furry friends that are no longer with us! Cheers!
Jealous. I would have never had the discipline even if I did stock up
Yesterday I was impressed by a Bronckhorster beer picked up in the bottle shop. Bought the other three they had left today.
Well, like most people of legal drinking age know, i'ts never as good as the first time. I know that can be argued, but let's concentrate on the beer
Second tasting is still very great. But not as mind blowing as the first taste yesterday. However, to my taste this is ultra high quality beer with impressive depths in flavour, almost like you find in single malt whisky. Discovery of the year for me I think.
Cheers for now!
Post lunch beer:
Today South Milwaukee kicks off its Heritage Days with street closures and bands, a farmer's market, and carnival with rides. Fun!
Downtown is a 3 block walk, I'm heading over. Cheers!
