    aroma is foul but it is palatable. This is one of those beers you hope they learned something brewing it so they can make something better in the future.

    More exploring the east side of the island today. Sea shell hunting on the beach in Bathsheba, lunch at the Round House (est. 1832), Mako Shark sandwich, pumpkin fritters and Banks:

    First Trillium beer, not as juicy as Treehouse; but this beer shows me that I prefer beer on the bitter side rather than "juicy".

    Citra, Mosaic, and Simcoe. 3 of the best hops out there for my money. Pay attention, though. I said 3 of the best; I didn't say my top 3. That said, it's not as balanced as I would prefer.

    A stop at Lumpy Ridge Brewing Co. in Estes Park for a DirtyFace IPA. Good stuff and bombers to go for ten bucks. I guessing I'm buying more beer!:slight_smile:
